I never exercise. I have been completely adamant about never exercising. But then these stupid fitness and swim tests came along, and then I got super obsessed with being toned and having abs. So I just spend about an hour on youtube following exercise videos.

Daesung: At first when I meet someone, I'm really cheerful but I also can't really talk openly about my feelings. I can't even talk to my family about it either.
Interviewer: Oh really?
Daesung: Yes.
Jiyong: He keeps almost everything to himself.
Daesung: I'm only really happy on the outside. One day after our debut, I looked around and I realised I didn't have any friends that I can really talk to... I used to think what should I do and I really wanted a friend. When I was going to school, I had a group of friends that I used to hang out with. I would send them all text messages, and they all said they were busy with school work, so I said "Let's keep in touch and call each other often." But calls never came... I sometimes think maybe they forgot about me, but when I think about that it scares me. I think everyone needs friends.
TOP: There was one thing that Daesung said to me that made me think, "Wow.." Daesung never ever complained about anything when he was going through a hard time. I asked him, "Why don't you ever talk to us if you're having a hard time? If you're having a hard time, you can always to to us about it. Why do you keep it bottled up all to yourself?" Daesung said, "I don't have those kind of problems. When I have those kind of problems, I pray. When I pray, it all goes away." When he told me that, I felt that I have a lot to learn from him.

Today was the first time I’ve shaved since graduation. Eh, wasn’t too bad. Slow-growing Asian hair ftw.
